The two parties have mutually agreed to enter into this house lease contract with the following terms

use. All equipment listed in the property handover record is an integral part of this contract.

After signing the contract, the rented space of Party B will be cleaned initially, certified by Party B.
When returning the leased space, Party B is responsible for handing over the rented space in 
accordance with the original sanitary condition
The common space of the building will be cleaned on a weekly basis.
ARTICLE 3: DEPOSIT

This is the amount of contract guarantee and asset protection of Party A.
Such amount of security deposit will be returned to Party B at the end of the contract and after Party 
B has fully paid for the service and returned the room with the equipment mentioned in the property 
handover minutes. 
This deposit cannot be used towards rent.
Deposit will be transferred to Party B via bank account or in Cash directly received by Party B at 
Party A's address.
ARTICLE 4: PAYING PROCESS FOR ROOM AND SERVICE CHARGES
1. Invoice sending time
On the 25th of every month, Party A sends a bill of house rent and electricity and water to Party B 
via email address or phone number according to Party B's information on the contract.
In the event that by the above time, the customer has not received the notice invoice, please contact 
HOTLINE party A to be re-checked.
